Conference facilities
The Forest of Mercia Innovation Centre was opened in April 2001. A modern, pioneering purpose-built facility, with an exceptional waterside location and with first-class transport links, it incorporates three conference/meeting rooms with capacity for up to 60 people. Each boasts the latest modern facilities and equipment for any purpose. These rooms are available for hire on a daily or half-daily basis at very competitive rates. Evening and weekend bookings are also available by special arrangement.
All rooms are comprehensively equipped with flipcharts and screens and laptops, LCD projectors, television/video equipment or a slide projector can be supplied as required at no extra cost. In addition, the Oak Room has a state-of-the-art electronic Smart Board® whiteboard - again available free of charge and invaluable for creating an immediate record of your discussions. A dedicated Events Co-ordinator offers the necessary support to ensure that your event or meeting runs smoothly from start to finish.
